We feel that it is important for children's spiritual and mental wellbeing to be able to reflect and pray. We have a peace garden  outside with a newly developed stage and a prayer and reflection area in the library  so that children can choose how and when they wish to engage in prayer. Our Faith are responsible for the the prayers which have been written in classroom prayer boxes and read some of these out in our collective acts of worship. 

The March School Prayer

This is our school,

Let peace dwell here,

Let love abide here,

Love of one another,

Love of life itself

And love of God.

Let us remember that as many

hand make a house,

So many hearts make a school.

Amen.

 

The March End of the Day Prayer

Lord keep us safe this night,

Secure from all our fears,

May angels guard us while we sleep,

‘Til morning light appears.
